Biografía


Atomic Kitten es un grupo de música femenino formado por Liz McClarnon, Natasha Hamilton y Jenny Frost. El grupo inicialmente estaba formado por Liz McClarnon, Heidi Range (Sugababes) y Kerry Katona, la primera baja surgió por parte de Heidi, antes de tener editado ningún tipo material, no estaba agusto con el tipo de musica que estaban haciendo, y decidió abandonar antes de que se diesen a conocer como grupo. Han sacado al mercado Right Now (2000) con Kerry Katona la antigua componente que dejó la formación al estar embarazada y querer dedicarse por completo a su bebé. Posteriormente con la nueva integrante Jenny Frost se realizó una edición especial del álbum 'Right Now' eliminando por completo a Kerry y añadiendo la voz de Jenny en todas las canciones que lo componían.
Los álbumes siguientes fueron Feel So Good (2002), Ladies Night (2003), The Greatest Hits (2004) y The Collection (2005), el último a la venta sólo en el Reino Unido, y un maxi-single (Cradle) a la venta solo en en Reino Unido.
Natasha Maria Hamilton (17/07/1982 en Liverpool), Elizabeth Margaret McClarnon (10/04/1981 en Liverpool) y Jennifer Frost (22/02/1978 en Liverpool).
El single Whole Again ha sido nº 1 en toda Europa y lleva vendidas más de tres millones de copias, su single más vendido y el segundo más vendido es The Tide Is High que lleva vendidas más de dos millones y medio de copias y el tercero más vendido es Eternal Flame que lleva vendidos más de dos millones de copias. Entre discos y singles llevan vendidas cerca de veinte millones de copias.
Jenny Frost tiene en el mercado dos singles titulados Crash landing y 'Bad Girl' y del que lleva vendidas en el Reino Unido 20.000 copias.
Liz McClarnon tiene también en el mercado un single con dos canciones, una versión de Woman in love de Barbra Streisand y otra titulada I Get The Sweetest Feeling y del que lleva vendidas en el Reino Unido 106.000 copias.
Natasha Hamilton, después de haber tenido dos hijos con apenas 23 años ha participado en un conocido programa de TV del Reino Unido y ahora prepara para el verano un disco en solitario antes de volver con sus compañeras a Atomic Kitten.
